This website has no forms, no accounts and no online payments. What we know about you is what you choose to send us.
What we collect
- What you send us — your name, phone number, email, travel dates, the number of travellers and any details you share on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Booking details — the information hotels, transport operators and permit authorities need to arrange your trip, such as names and ID details where required.
- Website usage — this site does not set analytics cookies at present; if we add analytics, this policy will say so.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, arrange and manage your trip, and keep in touch during it. We share the details needed with the hotels, drivers and operators who provide your services, and with authorities when a permit or the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
The trip planner
The trip planner on this site writes a WhatsApp message in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp.
Maps
The map on our contact page loads from Google only when you choose to show it.
Keeping it safe and how long
We keep your information only as long as needed for your trip and our accounts, and take reasonable care to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to leisurehimachalbookings@gmail.com.
