Booking

Where is Leisure Himachal based?

Leisure Himachal is a travel agency in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, with its office opposite the Circuit House, Manali 175131, and a second office in Shimla. It arranges tours across Himachal Pradesh and Leh-Ladakh.

Is there a discount code?

Yes — 10% off any tour package and any stay at Namami Manali, our own hotel. The code is sent to you on WhatsApp: leave "send me my code" ticked on a booking form, or ask for it in your message.

How do I book a tour?

Message us on WhatsApp or call with your dates, number of travellers and the tour you want. We confirm the itinerary and price, and the booking is secured with an advance payment. Payment details are shared directly on WhatsApp after you confirm.

Can you customise a package?

Yes. Customised and tailor-made tours are a core part of what we do — change the number of nights, the hotel category, the transport or the route, or ask for a trip that is not on the site.

Do you book hotels, cars and bus tickets on their own?

Yes. Hotel booking, car rental, jeep safaris and bus and ticket booking are all services we offer on their own as well as inside packages.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel, and no refund is made for cancellations on the day of travel or for delays caused by weather, landslides or road closures. The full policy is on our booking and payments page.

Packages

What is included in a Leisure Himachal tour package?

Every package price is all-inclusive: hotel nights on twin sharing with breakfast and dinner every day, sightseeing by private cab with driver and fuel — an SUV for families or groups of more than 4 — pick-up and drop from your arrival point in Himachal, the transport named in the package (Volvo coach, private car or jeep), and GST, tolls, taxes and parking, plus assistance on arrival and a welcome drink.

What is not included?

Airfare and train fares, personal expenses and extra meals, monument and camera fees, guide fees, insurance, and the vehicle on leisure days or after the day's sightseeing. Activities such as skiing, paragliding or rafting are paid separately unless your quote says otherwise. GST is already in the price.

Do the packages include anything free?

Yes. Sightseeing by private cab is free on every package. Family and group tours include a bonfire and DJ night, and honeymoon couples can have a special candle-light dinner on request.

Are your prices per person or per couple?

Most packages are priced per person on twin sharing. The Manali honeymoon package and the Dharamshala Volvo trip are priced per couple. On the car tours the per-person price falls as the group grows, because the car is shared.

When is the peak season?

For the Volvo packages, 15 April to 15 July and 20 December to 5 January are charged at season rates. For the car tours, 15 April to 15 July. The rest of the year is off-season and cheaper.

Is Rohtang Pass included in the Manali packages?

The Rohtang day is in every Manali itinerary, subject to availability. Tourist vehicles need a permit issued daily under National Green Tribunal limits, the road is closed on Tuesdays, and the pass is shut by snow in winter. Solang Valley is visited the same day.

How do I get from Delhi to Manali?

Most travellers take an overnight AC Volvo bus — about 550–580 km and 12–14 hours. You can also fly to Bhuntar (Kullu–Manali airport), 50 km from Manali, or to Chandigarh and drive. Our Manali packages from Delhi include the Volvo both ways.

When is the best time to visit Himachal?

March to June and September to November for clear, comfortable weather; December to February for snow in Manali, Shimla and Dalhousie; July to August is the monsoon, when landslides can close roads. Ladakh and Spiti are best from June to September.
