Booking is done directly with us, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. There is no online checkout on this website.
How to book
- Send us your dates, the number of travellers, the hotel category and the tour — on WhatsApp, by phone on +91 73473 59077, or by email to leisurehimachalbookings@gmail.com.
- We confirm the itinerary and the exact price.
- You secure the booking with an advance payment, as below.
The booking forms on the package pages, the Namami Manali page and the trip planner write the WhatsApp message for you. If +91 73473 59077 does not reply within a few minutes, message our backup number, +91 70180 86124.
What the price includes
Every tour package price is all-inclusive: hotel nights with breakfast and dinner every day, sightseeing by private cab with driver and fuel (an SUV for families or groups of more than 4), pick-up and drop from your arrival point in Himachal, GST, tolls, taxes and parking. Nothing is added at the end. Family and group tours include a bonfire and DJ night; honeymoon couples can ask for a special candle-light dinner.
Discount code
We give 10% off tour packages and Namami Manali stays. The code is sent to you on WhatsApp: the booking forms ask for it (leave "send me my code" ticked), or ask for it in your message. It does not apply to taxis or adventure activities booked on their own.
Payment
Individual travellers (FIT): full payment is required before reservation.
Groups (GIT): 25% at the time of reservation, and the remaining 75% at check-in.
We do not accept cheques. For instant or on-the-spot bookings, 100% payment is required before the booking is processed.
Paying safely
We accept bank transfer, cards and Paytm. We send the bank, UPI or card-payment details on WhatsApp, after you confirm your booking — they are not published on this website. Before you pay, check that the account name is Leisure Himachal, and call us on a number listed on this site if anything looks different. We will never ask you to pay a personal account.
Cancellation
- From confirmation until 15 days before travel: 25% of the total amount.
- 14 to 7 days before travel: 50%.
- 6 to 2 days before travel: 75%.
- Cancellation on the day of travel: no refund.
- No refund for delays or cancellations caused by vehicle breakdown or natural events — landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy snowfall — or anything else beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any delay or inconvenience to passengers during the journey caused by a vehicle breakdown or any other cause beyond our control.
- Hotel cancellations are also subject to each hotel's own terms.
Cancellations must be made in writing — WhatsApp or email is fine.
What we are responsible for
Leisure Himachal acts as a booking agent for hotel accommodation, transport and adventure activities such as camping and trekking. The hotels, transport operators and activity providers are responsible for their own services. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during the trip; luggage is carried at the owner's risk. Adventure activities carry risk and are undertaken at the guest's own choice. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
